ECO Portal - a collaborative database
Alongside the harmonization of environmental data internationally and European, work is being done on collecting and streamlining the data format, but also where this data is available.
The umbrella organization ECO Platform has, in collaboration with InData, developed a joint/unifying EPD database.
The database is still under development, and is initially based on the members' databases. At the time of writing (summer 2021), not all members have their EPDs listed here yet, as a harmonized format is required, to which several of the national EPD programmes need to reorganized.

The common database can be used as a good starting point to search for available EPDs, but it is recommended that you supplement with a search in the databses of the national EPD programs.
